A simple solution is
to remove these toxins but not only remove them, you have to
give your body the tools to rebuild and repair the damage
toxins has wreaked.
If your body is to rebuild itself and
re-sculpt itself, it needs the proper building blocks to do
that.
Where does your body get these building
blocks? From Food, where else! It's the food you eat
that makes you fat or thin and although exercise optimizes
the process, you can be thin and healthy even just with
limited exercise such as walking will give you.

My name is Marie Leonard and what I’m about to tell you just may

am leading now. But that was not always the case. In
spite of all the good habits I had adopted, such as exercise and
eating correctly, my weight increased at the rate of two
pounds a year and my aches and pains got worse too. I joked
with my husband saying that we probably needed to buy a new bed.
So we did! And
spent $2000 in the process only to find no relief at all.
My thoughts went something like
this: "If getting older is making me feel like this at 58, my
God, what will I feel like at 85, my mother's age?"
That's when I found this cleansing and fat burning program and began
my educational journey into why and how this program worked.
Weight loss apparently, was only a side benefit.
And then began my true weight loss story.
Being an
alternative health practitioner for the last 16 years, I was not new
to the idea of cleansing the poisons from the body. But it seems
that one of the ways our body deals with impurities is to
increase body fat to enfold these impurities and to protect our
body from their influence.
That's why conventional diets are not
successful for long-term weight-loss because they don't address
the need for the body to cleanse these impurities from the start.
When my mom was growing up, the family lived on a farm and grew
their own food. The cows were raised without hormones, ate
lush, nutrient rich grass and gave rich raw milk to drink. The
soil was also filled with nutrients as crops were rotated and left
to renew themselves in between plantings. The
well water was pure, free of pollutants and in spite of financially
hard times, this really was a time of abundance.
Mom's daily milking and hauling water kept her fit and healthy. All
of this to say that today, everything has deteriorated.
